Founded by Erin, You Can Co. was created from a passion for empowering people to build confidence, develop practical life skills, and overcome barriers that may be limiting their independence. With experience in disability support, behaviour support, support coordination, community health, case management, and disability advocacy, we understand that every person's journey is different.
Our approach is centred on respect, collaboration, and capacity building. We work alongside people to identify their strengths, develop practical strategies, and create sustainable systems that support long-term success. Rather than doing things for people, we focus on building the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to create lasting change.
We understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether someone is navigating a major life transition, struggling with organisation and daily routines, or working towards greater independence, our role is to provide practical, individualised support that meets them where they are.
As a regional business, we also understand the unique challenges that can come with accessing services and opportunities outside metropolitan areas. We are passionate about ensuring people have the support they need to participate fully in their communities and pursue the goals that matter most to them.

Meet Erin
Hi, I'm Erin, the founder of You Can Co.
I have a Bachelor of Human Services and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behaviour Analysis, and I've worked across disability, mental health, homelessness, community health, case management, behaviour support, and disability advocacy.
Throughout my career, I've met many people who have been trying to navigate systems, build independence, learn new skills, or work towards goals that are important to them. I've also seen how difficult it can be to find practical support that focuses on building capacity rather than simply doing things for someone.
That's what led to the creation of You Can Co.
You Can Co. was built around the idea that everyone deserves support that is personalised, practical, and focused on what matters to them. Whether that's learning everyday living skills, navigating a major life transition, creating systems and routines that work, or making progress in a home affected by clutter or hoarding, the focus is on working alongside people to achieve their goals.
Having grown up in regional New South Wales and lived and worked throughout regional Victoria, I understand some of the unique challenges that can come with accessing services and opportunities outside larger cities. This has helped shape my commitment to providing flexible, person-centred supports that meet people where they are.
At You Can Co., there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Every person has different strengths, experiences, challenges, and goals. My role is to listen, understand what is important to you, and support you to build the skills, confidence, and systems that will help you move forward.
I believe meaningful change happens when people feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the process. That's why You Can Co. focuses on collaboration, practical solutions, and supporting people to build confidence in their own abilities.
